Unfortunately true. This came down in the same decision in which he is no longer allowed to say "Ho-ho-ho."
PC-ness has replaced common sense.

lol, thats what i heard!
and some town/state somewhere in US has banned santa for saying "ho ho ho" 'cuz it offended women there or smthng. lol
they're doing the same to santa (putting him on a diet) like they did to the cookie monster (stealing his cookies)!!!!

Yup. He got too fat to go down the chimney's.
I was told he's on the Atkins diet. I think it's working!

I dont think so, Santa is chubby and needs to stay chubby. It helps keep him warm.

even if it's true. he won't lose weight because every house he stop to deliver or drop a gifts he end up seeing a glass of milk and a cookie.

I haven't heard that, but making him stop saying ho ho ho is so ridiculous. Some people have too much time and paranoia on their hands.
