Can anyone point me in the direction to find a law which states that a manufacturer will treat it's dealer network with similar pricing? I am concerned that I work with a manufacturer that is offering my competition better pricing and I want to know if there is a law which prohibits this.
Thank you

I don't know of any country that has laws that require a manufacturer to charge all its dealers the same price.

Price changes based on sales volume, or location, or a host of other factors, are very common.

This is referred to as "commercial reality" within trade publications. Without knowing more detail, I'm guessing that there is not much that can be done. You should review International Valuation Legislation. Each trading administration (country) will have their own version, however, this is an international agreement to ensure fair trade across the board. Call a trade specialist OR government is free!!
