It seems like most of them near me do. Managers openly allowing drug use and sales on premises by employees. Some managers using drugs themselves. I know people that have worked at these places and it's true.

The closest thing near me would be the strip that has both a White Castle and a Waffle House - both of which are drunk-havens. I don't know of any actual drug-dives.

Actually from what I have seen, its the middle range restaurants with the problems. I think everyone at the applebees by me has a coke problem!!
