Kragen Auto/ Shucks/ Checkers/ Napa Auto/ Pep Boys etc.
Any auto parts store should take the items. You may have to pay a battery fee but it's pretty cheap. If the oil bin is full, you Will just have to wait til they are able to have the disposal company come and empty, you should only have to wait a week or so.

The car batteries can get you a core charge so take them to a recyclers for the duckets. The oil is just as good as weed killer so I would put it in a weedy area or your neighbors yard.

What're you dumping them for? Surely to god you can use them in something? Your next cookie bake-off or some other culinary undertaking? Or if nothing else, you could spread the oil around at an intersection close by and watch the fun collisions.
