tha would be cool, but the idea of dying in the water without you ever knowing is scary. but i would rather die that way because its painless (i think) LOL

I'm typing to you right this very moment on a sailboat that happens to be my home.
You get used to the idea of sleeping only about a foot or so away from water cold enough to kill you in a couple minutes, and the fact that your bed is below the water line of the boat, and the rocking back and forth, and the noises, and the cold.
The reality is, I love it. Wouldn't have it any other way.

I stayed on one for two weeks at Lake Powell.It was fun but I wouldn't want to live on one.As far as drowning you would be fine if you slept inside or wake up when you hit the water.

I do like boats but I think I'd rather live in a house/apartment. In the UK the weather can be a bit too damp and cold for living on water :)
