Good analogy. Yes, they, like diapers, tend to get too full of crap and start to stink. We should practice good hygeine more often in both parties.

Diapers should be changed periodically, but the new diapers should be clean, not dirtier than the old ones.

Well, some really are disposable...others are good enough to be soiled and laundered and eventually replaced...and some do stink more than others, it depends on the waste that fills them, how is it generated, what is the consistency?!!!
