Big time, every once in a while I try to stop and they grow for about a week and then they are gone again.

I used to bite my nails a lot, but once I got braces, I couldn't anymore. I would try to, but the brackets would push my nail out from in between my teeth if I bit down. Needless to say, I broke my habit. At least now my nails look better!

yes. it is so annoying. i can't help myself. my nails were long until about last week. i was waiting until next week, 2 get a manicure 4 my b-day n x-mas n all that. but, it won't look as good now, cuz they r all short cuz i bit them.
bad habit :(

No I have never bitten my nails. But hey I've probably got other habits that I do instead.

Well not as badly as I once did, sadly it's a habit I have had for as long as I have had teeth! Hey maybe that's the solution? DENTURES!

I used to be, then I got braces, which make it impossible to bite nails, so they effectively broke my habit.

i just brought my 11 year old some of that nail biter stop stuff, it tastes gross, like ear wax,,,lol
she was biting her nails till they bled,,,, i nearly died when she showed me last week, must b nerves!
this nail stuff is great, shes stopped biting! xxxxxxxxxx

Sometimes. I did it for years, since early childhood. Now it's more an on and off thing.
