Pakistan has had a woman running the show themselves. Iraq and Pakistan are "supposedly" our friends. Iran might actually elect a leader that we could deal with. The hard liner they have now was elected after Bush called them one of the countries in the "axis of evil" before that they had a leader who was seeking to bring his country back into normal relations with the world. So no, it would not embolden the enemy.

Muttlims don't even respect their own women..and they laugh up their sleeves at Sec of State Rice..who is wholly un-suited to be dealing with people that as a culture define women solely as chattel (for you liberals that means "property) and as baby mills for future 'martyrs' to blow up their "enemy of the day" which,as they've demonstrated time and again, could be just about anyone.
Most American don't respect "Shrillary"...no way in hell would the muzzies hold anything but contempt for her or any other female as our president.Despite the current desires of liberals,we can't afford a female president given who are enemies are. Sorry...that's how I see it.

Not much... As you can see, Nancy Pelosi (regardless of how pointless) made a visit to fairly conservative Arab nations, and was greeted like any head of state. She was even allowed to wear a skirt, and wasn't required to wear the Hijab for the photo op!

There are female members of parliament in many conservative Arab states. Saudia being an exception... I don't think an American president will have any less power at her disposal due to her gender.

It would embolden them in their eyes. A woman leader is a sign of weakness. Hillary would be a weakness to this country no matter how you look at it.

Pinheads over there use any excuse they can to go against America - this would just be the excuse of the day. The majority of decent Muslims (which never make it on CNN) will not care one way or another.

I don't believe a Muslim country really cares who is President of the United States: They want to destroy us.

As weak and exploitable and as more evidence of decadence. It would embolden them until proven otherwise (which probably wouldn't take long).

As much as I would love to see a woman president, I don't think Hilliary could hold her own in discussions with other countries.. heck she can't even stand up and defend herself much less our country!
