Get yourself a tarot deck ( Robin Wood to go with the book), and a tarot book ( for beginners )
I suggest 'Tarot Plain and Simple' by Anthony Louis
You will learn how to do spreads and meanings of all cards.

People like me run home study courses, there are plenty of good books on amazon & online communities that you can join. Find a like minded friend to study with.
