Stainless steel cookware? Best brands? How much is too much to pay for, say, a 10 pc. set?

I need to replace these horrific T-fal pots and pans I have! What are the best brands in Stainless Steel cookware? Thanks!

Instead of buying a 10 piece set have you thought about buying pans for specific tasks? A really nice pan to fry eggs in. A large pot for spaghetti, corn-on-the cob, etc. You may find that you don't really need a big set at all. Check out "Cook's Illustrated" at your library. They have excellent product reviews.
