I am 3 days late for my period. I've had some cramping & spotted today which has seemed to have stopped now. I wouldn't call it my period (which is usually really heavy.) My question is what color spotting is normal for implantion bleeding?? Mine was kinda brown when I first wiped & an hour later was pink, late afternoon was brown again. Now almost nothing like it's going to stop. Is this normal? Thanks.

Have you tested yet? You should get an accurate result since you are late for your period. This does sound like implantation bleeding though. Only about 30% of pregnant women experience it though, but that's only the ones who notice it. It usually occurs around the time your period is due and should require no more than a pantyliner due to pink/brown spotting sometimes only noticeable when using the restroom. If you are late for you period it probably isn't implantation. That usually occurs 2 weeks before your period is due. It could be though, maybe you ovulated later in your cycle than you thought. It can range in color from brown to red to pink. You can also spot when you are pregnant, its caused by the uterus stretching or the cervix changing to accommodate the fetus. I would say take a pregnancy test and if you don't get a positive result or your period, wait a few days or a week and test again. Or call your doctor. Good luck!
