I can't really say yes or no, obviously because I don't know you, but asking this question to a bunch of random people on the internet...

I hope you don't listen to 'everyone' anymore. People are going to make judgments, if not about self esteem it will be about something else. Say to yourself "Who cares what they think anyway! I know I'm great!" Act with confidence, even when you don't feel so confident. Other people haven't been through what you have. They can take a flying leap. You're doing so well, keep on your path girl. You know who you are and where you're going.

Signs of low self esteem: If you don't give good eye contact, if you don't speak up, if you look down and around, if you stammer, if you have closed body language, if you put yourself down. If you are very quiet in conversation, or fidget. Those are some things :-)

Self esteem issues can become apparent to others very easily - either because of the way you talk about yourself, or the things you say you think others are thinking about you.

I'm glad your working with a therapist and that you are improving -- keep up the great work! You deserve to feel good about yourself.

Hi until you wait others to say you have self esteem our selfesteem issues are tangible to others. As soon as you stop caring what they think it means you got full control on you.

there is not enough information given for anyone to really be able to say yes or no.
