There have been times in which I wanted to say so much... to express all these feelings I had... to level with him... to make him realize he was making a mistake. But the words wouldn't come... I was concentrating way too hard on holding back the tears... and so he left... not knowing how much he really meant to me.

Once upon a time I was in an office with a person who decided who to give a year end award to. Everyone assumed it would go to me based on all that I had done to make that year a success. The person who decided told me it was going to my best friend for what he had done for the year. I said "If that is your decision." He wondered what I meant. "I told him it is his decision. I am just glad he told me." At the ceremony where the award was announced my friends name was called and you could have heard a pin drop before the murmers began to rumble. I told my friend I was happy for him. The rest of the place kept saying they were sure it was a mistake. I told them that I was happy for my friend. Truth was I wanted that award but saying it would have been so wrong and my friend was a big part of that year. The guy who made the decision just did not realize everyone else thought I was a bigger part and so did I. Eh! I still have the friend and his wife made him throw away the award. Now that is an answer.

Yes..this just happened to me a few days ago. My husband is deployed to Iraq and I talk to a few other military wives whos husbands are with mine. Something was said by a wife that was not true and I called the person out on it..she sent me an email asking me what my problem was and I really really wanted to tell her she had no business leading the other wives (FRG) instead i bit my tongue and just kept quiet about the whole thing..even tho i just want to let her have it.

I am sure some people wished I did but I have a big mouth, with opinions and things I feel strongly about, and I am not afraid to say what I feel or think.
