I can hear electricity running through objects like tvs and computers. What is the hertz that electricity runs at? I would like to know. If anyone has this same ability, are there anyways for me to block the sound and not have it hurt as much?

I hear a very high pitched sound coming from all different kinds of things. I can hear a tv on that is on a black screen. I have heared it with brand new tvs, radios, and lights. I also hear the same sound from old electronics. It really hurts because it is so high and it doesn't stop until that piece of electricity is turned off. I can also normally tell from which direction the sound is coming from.

Electricity runs at 50 Hertz or 60 Hertz depending on the country where you are residing. Pl. get your neurological system checked since electricity cannot be heard so easily. Only in the case of long transmission lines, people can hear a hum caused by the vibration of the long lines.
