I have quite pale skin and blue eyes, and I've just dyed my hair black/dark brown.
I was just wondering if any one could answer honestly whether this dress below would suit me or not.
Also, being petite, do you think it'd make me look more taller including high heels as well?

Its a nice looking dress but i think it may make you look shorter, as it pulls in at the wasit cutting you in half.
Try finding another dress is a similar colour like dark navy blue or deep purple, where the dress have thin sphagetti straps or short puff sleeves. Dont get a dress with long sleeves or three quarter. By shwoing the shoulders, you are showing length.
Get a dress which is long, not floor skimming and something which defined your wasit and curves, with some nice detailing and embrodiery on it.

Dont recognize who u have been going with, curiously no longer Jehovah's Witnesses. yet its out of recognize, by means of fact they are wearing a needed message, and repair the all stable God. being petite myself, I know that this will NOT flatter you. You need something that flaunts your curves, So I suggest getting either a mini dress or a dress just below the knees, and you'll definetly need some cute pumps.

You should wear heels with it and you could even wear leggings underneath it as it looks quite short but I think it is an interesting party dress

that dress looks like for someone with some curves. if ur petite u might look like someone playing dress up in their moms clothes in that dress. the color seems like a good match for u tho

If by petite you mean short, then no; it will NOTmake you look taller - the lines chop you off at mid hip, making you appear shorter and wider.
The color and fabric are great though.

yeh defo perfect pick, love the dress, i think it will look great but ur have to be sure urself so maybe order it then when u get it try it on and see how u feel in it, if its dont doing it for u, send it back and order another 1..........x

HONESTLY i don't really like the dress but it might look different when u try it on, if u like it wear it, whatever u feel comfortable in
