I would first try to rekindle the flame but if that doesn't work then I do what I must to take care of myself and move on!!

LIGHT IT BACK UP!
There are several ways you can light the flame back up between two, old or new lovers.
You can get several different pleasure seekers, such as lotions, giving each other a massage before sex can deeply increase arousal. Also consider, prolonged foreplay which will increase excitement as well, and touch and feel each other without just having sex. If it's not only about sex, then turn it into, not just sex.
Going to a specialty shop together, and find something you both will enjoy together. So what if it's embarrassing, your adults, and have the right to explore each others bodies in many different exciting ways.
Getting videos and books explaining increased sexual pleasure. How to enhance the pleasure you both receive, or to change the way you have sexual intercourse.
Try new outfits, lingerie, wigs, and/ or places that you have sex. Changing one or more of these increases the excitement in the chase. Even pictures or tapings your pleasures with each other can increase pleasure.
Do research, read books about pleasure, and ask each other what you'd like to do differently, being honesty with the deepest darkest sexual secrets that you don't know about each other that are only in your fantasies. Watching porno together, is another way to spice things up as long as these things don't become routine, it won't get boring. Make it interesting, and try new things, explore each other and enhance curosity and arousal to LIGHT THAT FLAME AGAIN!

It doesn't usually make a difference cause the fire is still burning underneath....All else fails.....I simply relight it.....
