I have this outfit and i dont know what kind of top to wear with it. I wanna be casual?

it's a black pleated mini skirt (schoolgirl) black high heeled maryjane type shoes, and black knee high socks (cotton) i dont want to wear black from head to toe

any fitted shirt would work. White or red would go best but any color will go.

Take the whole outfit with you to your local buckle store and they will help u find a top

Wear a fitted [ woman's ] T, in a bright color, or a button front blouse.
