You are going to have to find an atty who will file a lawsuit against another atty first of all. That may be the one time you cannot find an atty to file any kind of suit against anyone else. It may be the only time you may not be able to find an atty to take your money whether or not he thinks he can win your case. Who says there isn't honor among thieves. LOL Your best bet is to file a complaint against the atty with the Florida Bar Association.
