If you are referring only to our solar system, then jury is still out on that one. Mars, still holds hope as well as some of the moons of Jupiter. New findings in the earths oceans have found that life is able to form with out the light of the sun.

If you are talking about any where in the universe, I would say the probability would have to be 100% yes. The statiscial probiblity of our planet being the only life forms in all the trillions of planets in all billions of galaxes would be mind boggeling.

How advanced is the life? Your guess is as good as mine or anyone elses at this point.

Assuming you are referring to life on Planets other than Earth and that you are not referring to Planets in other solar systems , the answer at this point is probably no. However there is a strong case for there being life on Europa ( a moon of Jupiter) even if it a very basic form

If you are asking about planets in our solar system, there is no life as we see on Earth in any other planet. But there may be still other forms of life, microbes etc in other planets.
Since there are millions of Suns and solar systems in the glaxy ,there will be life somewhere else in this universe. In Hindu scriptures, there is mention that life is their in 14 worlds ,including Earth. The form of life, human being in these worlds are slightly different and some are Superman in capabilities.
Even in Bible Elija is decending to Earth from some other world.Celestial life like Angels may be from "other worlds."

Yes, there is life here obviously, but also the Viking experiments were basically positive but paradoxical, and there could also be life in the atmosphere of Venus (no known method of synthesising carbonyl sulphide, which is in its atmosphere), on Europa, possibly also Callisto, Ganymede, maybe Jupiter, Titan, Enceladus and perhaps also floating in space (spectrographic analyses of starlight suggest biological compounds there too).

I believe that the earth is one of a handful of planets in exestence that has intelligent life. But i am also certain that other planets are the homes of smaller bacterium or less developed creatures. It all depends on habitats and water supplies.

Out of the billions of planet in the universe it seems very unlikely that earth is the only one with life don't you think?

You have ruined the spirit of the question, I am afraid. Why did you not frame it in decent grammatical language? What does the second part of question mean in plain language? An interesting and fertile discussion does not come out of language like the one you have used!!!!

there has to be life on at least one other planet, where who knows ? There are octillion's of planets in space i'll say yes just because there could be or could have been in the past probably aint close to us though.

you cant so there isnt because you just dont know scientist really dont know anything about places outside of our galaxy besides where they are. they havent sent anything to them and probably wont for at least another 500 years

there could be life on another planet in a different galaxy on the otherside of space where people/creatures are thinking the same thing. and we would never come in contact with them at all no matter what.

Well, that's a very difficult question to answer.
I beleive that somewhere, in this infinitely expanding universe, there is another planet with life on it.
I just don't beleive that there is life on nearby planets.
If there was, it seems like we'd see some sort of sign, or at least plausable living conditions.
