Horseback, not a bad place in my opinion. Sometime I will fire up a cigar when taking a horse out for a trail ride.

i think public places wont let you. i know movie theatre, cafe, mcdonalds, and a preschool wont let you.
and also no where near me...that stuff makes me sick...
