What do you think about Karl Marx and his theroies? was he a geunis or just a mis-guided moron? did his views have any basis in truth?

He was a man ahead of his time. He had very good ideas, even though they weren't all practical for the era he lived. It is important to use his wisdom as a guide to social politics and not a map.

Little bit of black and white thinking there. There's a lot of intellectual capacity between "retard" and "genius."

For his time, the insight and foresight in his theories was pretty genius-level, whether they've begun to come entirely to fruition or not.
