The general opion is plastic surgery freak who dresses as a woman.
The truth is he was born with condition that causes you feel your body is wrong, in the 80's he had surgery done and it went life threateningly wrong, he's spent the last faive years trying to save what is left of his face. It hurts when people say he's addicted to surgery because what he i9s having done is reconstructive.
