Did you get all the ignition wires plugged on the right sparkplugs? It is not real hard to get two wires crossed, -- this will make engine run rough, and have very little power!
How are your engine mounts? Bad mounts let engine weight go on metal to metal contact, which will transfer all vibration to frame of car, instead of being absorbed by the rubber isolating the metal part from one another!
Check over the area where you worked on engine (and near proximity) and make sure you didn't move something so that it hits on the engine to frame area! Are the cables long enough? If tight it might be transferring the vibration that way too!
If it is not "missing because of crossed wires, ( or maybe damaged ignition wire to one or more plugs) There is no reason why it should suddnely start shaking (or vibrating).
There is a simple check you can do (if you don't know exactly sequence of ignition wires, - pull wire off one sparkplug, and start engine, - see if the shaking changes, - if it gets worse, - that plug is firing ok,-do this to each wire one at a time. If you have two that seem to make no difference, try switching wires, -- if it then runs smooth, - you know what you did ! If you have a wire that makes no change, when removed, - check to see that the spark is getting down to the end. You could take one of the old plugs,- put wire on it, and lay it on something metal that is grounded to engine, (do this without the engine running, or it will knock you down!)- if you see a spark jump, - then it is sparkplug! Did you "gap the plugs" properly? It may say "pregapped on box", - but if the plug has been dropped on floor or something hit is hard, it may be "closed" till there is insufficient gap, - or even closed alltogether! In 50 - some years as a mechanic I have seen many sparkplugs come out of factory box defective, -- this is a "pain in the butt", because you think you have done something wrong! You can waste a great amount of time looking for other things, before you think of this possibility! You can put one of the old plugs back in that hole, and see if car runs ok then! If the car runs ok, you only problem was a bad sparkplug!

"Mileage?"
When Was the Last time you Replaced the Fuel Filter, Cleaned the Throttle Body, Cleaned the Injectors? What is the Condition Of the Coil & Plug Wires? Sounds Like Transmission and/or Motor Mounts are Cracked!

it could be an engine performance issue or perhaps worn out motor mounts
to check your mounts have someone in the car while running and watch the engine as he shifts it from reverse to drive with the brake applied look to see how much the engine moves.
if its an engine performance problem well there are just too many things that can cause that from an ignition miss to a fuel or air intake problem
a diagnostic will need to be performed by a mechanic

Check and make sure you put your plug wires back in the correct firing order. If it's still "shaking",have someone check the timing.Toyotas timing belts only last from 75,000 to 100,000 miles. The oil treatment you added may have thickend the oil enough to put extra stress on the belt causing it to slip or jump timing.Don't panic.Even if it is the timing,it's still realatively inexpensive considering it's a Toyota.Shouldn't cost over 300 dollars.Good luck.

First thought - you have a bad wire or plug, that's causing the engine to miss. It's not firing on all cylinders, so it's shaking.
Second thought - you connected the plug wires wrong. Find and check the firing order.

check and make sure they installed all the wires back on right,if it started this after it was worked on id return it to them and have them check it,you could have a bad mount causing this, but it sounds like a running condition, and that could be caused by leaving a power feed wire loose on it,good luck with it,this may just turn out to be a simple tune up,hopefully it will be simple and cheap to repair.

Check to make sure you didn't cross any of the plug wires. Also check your motor mounts.

Take a look at and check out your motor mounts. Happened once to me, I had some terrible vibrations and noise. Come to fine out two out of three motor mounts were worn.
