Say that humans do it all the time. Say that many of the images were clearly of things that ETs would have no purpose in making. (Like a hall with doors in it.) Say, "Didn't you ever see the beer commercial with a huge crop design of the beer's name, perfectly formed, with people walking around in it?" Yes that was on TV and was as good or better than any crop circle ever made. Then say that there is no evidence that extraterrestrials are visiting us. Most photo hoaxes have been exposed and people tell wild stories. So what?
And finally, what POSSIBLE purpose would a highly advanced technological race have for making big crop squashings? To communicate? Right. Like they wouldn't do it using radio. What's it been now, 20 or 25 years? They're still doing meaningless graffiti at night and hiding during the day?
Sure, there will always be these self-appointed experts, some of whom use fraudulent credentials, claiming some scientific proof of ET involvement, but there is none. They are done by people.
But you could do like the irresponsible media and misinform your class. It will be a lot more fun to go with the extraoedinary claim. Don't worry. I wouldn't be surprised if your teacher was as ignorant about these things as most other people are. I've seen several.

Some of these crop circles can be hoaxed by a human but not all of them, it is also proven by science that the stalks of the grains that are growing are in fact fused when they are bent over and not snapped or broken, I dont know how our top contributers can overlook this fact, the stems are actually bent and then some type of fusion is making them stay in a bent position just as if they grew that way,, It is unexplained by science to the exeption of a few hoaxes, These crop circles are made so perfect that no human can do it, also many of these crop circles have no human foot prints going to or from the site,

Science has confirmed that crop circles are a phenomina and not a hoax,

Actually, it has been proven by scientists on more than one occasion that it IS possible. There was even a documentary on it where they went out with wooden planks and created some very elaborate and mathematically accurate circles with a minimal amount of effort in one night. All you need is a stake with a rope tied to it. So I would reword it by taking that sentence out of the speech altogether.

First of all, they demonstratably exist. I think what you mean is 'how can I prove they are of non-human origin'. And the answer is, you can't. It's been demonstrated many times that most can be done in one night by a couple of drunk guys with minimal tools. Not sure what the point of your speech was, but unless it was on common superstitions, maybe you're on the wrong track here.

Sure they exist, but it sounds like your real question is how to prove they are not man made. You can't. Because they ARE man made. The source says, "Many circles are known to be man-made,[1][2][3] such as those created by Doug Bower, Dave Chorley, and John Lundberg,[4] and a 2000 study into circle hoaxing concluded that 80 percent of UK circles were definitely man-made.[1]"
