I don't think 4 people in a 1 bedroom is legal, but besides that.

How can we possibly know your expenses? We didn't even know you had a car until you told us.

You'll need to pay electric (probably $200/mo) and water ($40/mo?) for sure. If you mean, will there be property taxes? No that should be included in your rent.

Are you all splitting the car insurance, or is that just for the car owner?

Are utilities like water, sewer, electric included? Will you have a standard phone? cable TV? internet?

Are you asking for an estimate of food costs? Are you all eating in and sharing the costs of food?

Are you going to get renter's insurance?

You could legally live in a 2 bedroom. Try finding a two bedroom apartment it should only be maybe $50 more. Where do you live; if it is the midwest then they are definitely cheaper apartments out there!
