Now that Mitt Romney is caught red handed paying illegal aliens to do his landscaping and garden work, shouldn't he resign from running for president? A president should have high character and morals, and clearly Romney doesn't care if illegals do his house work.

It doesn't make sense because it isn't true. Romney never supported McCain's amnesty plan nor did he try to hire illegal immigrants. (You get some work done by a company and they are the ones who hire the workers) In fact, I would say that Romney is very strong in regards to his illegal immigration stances. Romney arranged a deal with the feds back in 2006 that allowed that for the Massachusetts State Police to arrest immigrants who are in the state illegally.

Do your homework. Romney did not hire them. He hired a landscape company to do the work and the company hired illegals as laborers. When Romney found out about it, he told them to stop and they signed an agreement to that effect. When the company hired illegals again and Romney found out about it, he fired the company. What more could you ask for? He did what he could. It is too bad that the company didn't keep their agreement.

No he should not resign because he did nothing wrong. The company he hired should be under investigation, why aren't you asking for them to be investigated? Do you know if the person who sold you your last Big Mac was illegal? Should you be investigated for buying a hamburger from an illegal alien?
