Very little difference.

The USA would have avoided the Civli War, and the problems of segregation and the turmoil of the Civil Rights movement, but other than that there wouldn't be a whole lot of difference.

The slave trade involved a lot of people, but at that it was always a minority of the overall populations of Africa, Europe, and America. Huge numbers of people were involved, but far far far more people in Africa were NOT shipped off to become slaves, and far more people lived in America that were not slaves.

The big trends of industrialization and imperialisim and capitalistic democracy would still have taken their course. The USA would still have stretched from sea to sea, would still have industiralized, and might even have a weaker Federal Government as the idea of States Rights would not have been hijacked by racisim.

Africa would still have failed to industrialized, would still have fallen under European colonization, and would probably still have been de-colonialized after WW II and still be messed up today.

The US would be culturally poorer, in that the African american culture would not have influenced our music and our cuisine, and the American South would have developed much differently... probably more along the lines of the North with more industry and less agriculture, but that is the way the South is moving today anyway.

It would be different, but not nearly as different as if, say, WW2 had turned out differently, or if Arnold hadn't won at Saratoga and the American Revolution had failed.

It would help if you explained to which slavery are you referring. During those years you mentioned slavery occurred in many parts of the world, Africa and Asia for instance.

Slavery has existed throughout all of known history in nearly every culture and the impact from any of these slavery sites reaches all other cultures.
