all i can remember is that it was animated and there were talking mammoths. it was kind of an educational show.

could it be Phil the orange mammoth from the television show, "Cro?" he was thawed out in modern times and told the story of his life with a boy named Cro in pre-history.

The only show with a mammoth that I remember was Sesame Street. The mammoth named Snuffulupagus

I remember an educational show called the Moomans, but I think they were hippos or something, not mammoths...
