No. I liked Sam, but I kind of knew he wouldn't win...which made me feel bad for Nicole.....He was awesome, but he was acting, he couldn't "fake" genuine concern for his partner, and it showed........for a short time I thought he accepted her and cared about her....but there were a couple scenes where he backed away on the hugs and you could tell it was all "for the camera's" he hasn't transformed...he's an actor. Always will be.
