they have to specifically test for pregnancy, it's not like a lab tech can just look at blood under a microscope and say "oh she's pregnant...and she's been smoking weed". there are specific tests for it. If she's getting drug tested through her school or work, it's unlikely they would test for pregnancy too (if she's getting tested as part of getting hired for a job, it's actually illegal to test for pregnancy since it's discrimination). If it is a hospital that is testing her, they routinely check women's bloodwork for pregnancy so that might show up.

Tell your "friend" that it makes no differnce. I took a drug test for a seasonal position at Macy's when I was pregnant with my first baby, and I didn't mention it to the examiner and the test came back negative and I was hired.

If they are only drug testing her then it won't show up , but if they ask her if she then she can say not sure if she's not sure.

not unless they specifically tested for it I supose but it might show elevated HCG levels (the pregnancy hormone) and then they would question her about it.
Is it a blood or urine test? Both can show your levels of HCG.

Not if they are not looking for it. They are looking for certain chemicals in the urine not hormones.
