and how would you counter these arguments made by the defense.
p.s. (she did it out of a craving for attention, and very well knew that the accused man did not really rape her cousin)

I would not defend her. I would push her to take a plea and go to a mental hospital for some therapy. That girl has issues.

But then again, I am not a lawyer. I am someone with moral standards that feels we must protect society as well as the individual. I have yet to meet a lawyer with morals.
