Id say Dominique because of his 2 legged strength and Hammer.
Dawkins would win over Shaq because of his momentum from running full speed from the top of the key.... They would all be devistating and somewhat humiliating.

nique...no question. for the reasons u stated. however jordan dunked harder on himself...just look at when he would dunk and the ball would come crashing down on his head and/or shoulder!
dawkins comes to the rim with 2 hands ****** back and sends it home...but shaq can just make an ordinary dunk and break the rim. plus he would also ride ur back when he dunked on u too...

Dominique would EASILY dunk harder on someone than Jordan would simply because he often uses both hands to dunk the ball. It doesn't matter whether you jump off of 1 leg or 2, the power comes from the way you hold the ball. Not only does he use both hands, he cocks the ball behind his head to punctuate the move. He was so deadly that I don't even recall his dunks ever getting blocked. I actually have a picture of Jordan getting his dunk blocked by Olajuwon.

It'd have to be Dominique Wilkins-- Jordan hung in the air longer, but Dominique could bring it down harder!
In terms of Chocolate Thunder vs Shaq Daddy- you'd have to go with Shaq.

Wilkins dunks harder, Jordan dunks more acrobatic.
Shaq is the most powerful dunker of all time. Remember his early years with Orlando? He dunked so hard he shredded the backboard and broke the supports ... That's power ... He didn't even need running for speed.

Vincent Lamar Carter for the win. Jordan would partake in the finals but I would give the edge to Vince. Vince is one of the most creative and dynamic dunkers to grace the NBA IMO.

domiique easily he was the human highlight reel. he carried the atlanta hawks for so many years. if you were to give him the talent that jordan had around him whoa! just think the atlanta hawks would have been a dynassty!
