I bought my mom a pair of ugg slippers, and then I was just surfing through the ugg website and my mom came by and looked at the screen, saw the pair i had gotten her (of course she doesn't know I had gotten these for her), and said "ew those are ugly." Now I want to return them to get her something else. I bought them at a different mall than the one I live by, can I return them to the mall I live by? Or do I have to return them at the same mall I bought them from? It would still be returning to Nordstroms.

as long as you have the receipt you can return them to any nordstroms in the country.you can even return things bought online at any store.
nordstorms is one of the best stores for returns. my mom had bought some cologne for my brother that was in a defective leaking bottle, but she couldn't remember where it was bought, and the took it back and exchanged it no questions asked without a receipt.

You should be able to return them to any Nordstrom in the US as long as you have the sales slip, and it is within their acceptable time period. Some chain stores accept only 30 days after sales date, others 90, some seemingly indefinitely.

You can return them at any Nordstroms, if you have a receipt.
If you don't then hopefully they can exchange it for something else.

I think you need to go to the exact mall :(. At least you do where I live. I hope it work out for you, you could ask anyways, all they can say is no!
