Yes, I hit a woman once and I am ashamed even tho it wasnt hard.
Why? I was controlling and she allowed me to be we were young. She began to grow out of it, and I could not controll her anymore. I lashed out I learned thats not how to love someone. Ive been married18 years and never hit my wife that happen when I was a silly young man taking after my stepfather but I lost my girlfriend after that and learned from it.

Step-father-cause he touched my purse. He never did that again.
And I am sure there were other times I have HIT people. sometimes it is the only way to defend yourself and not get messed up.
I don't dwell on it. But step father was twice my size and I am sure he was some surprised.

i hit ppl all the time but just messing around. i hit my ex once in the back and didn't even hurt him but i nearly broke my hand. lolz
one time in science class this guy wouldn't stop messing with me (and he was like 50 pounds more than me) but i picked him up by the colllar and pinned him against the wall.
taught him not to mess with me.... hmph lol
