Although you have stated clearly more than once that you don't have any intention to leave her and you are willing to raise the baby with her. and live together as a family.
Do you think she is hiding something!?

Wait till the baby is born and ask for a DNA test. There are the 'non-legal' take home tests for about $99 and there are the 'legal, chain of custody' tests for about $630.
It is always good to know that the child is yours and not some other guys. If the child is not yours it would only be fair to the other guy to let him know.
If you split up you may have to take a test, depending on where you live.
Added:
Why not wait till the baby is born and do a take home test. They are not legal but are cheap and can give you and idea of what you need to do.

particular. If a woman can request a baby help by using DNA Conformation, a father ought to be enticed to the skill to have a DNA try. I frequently word the father and baby's facial beneficial components. Too verify in the event that they are biologically bonded. the individuals who lie approximately it are evil in accordance to the bible, the individuals who ask too many questions have a loss of have faith. If the international could desire to purely be elementary and not lie. it could be a regulation that a paternity try is needed regardless of the be sure desires. it might avert paternity fraud and somewhat some different issues.

Do you have doubts the baby is yours? If so I think you can get a paternity test done whether she wants one or not. If it's not going to be an issue, then leave well enough alone, and enjoy your life with your new family. And answer to your question about getting the paternity test done while she is still pregnant, yes you can, however their is a slight risk to the baby.. Your last comment tells me you need a lawyer!!!!!
Good Luck

I would think that she was hiding something. You can demand a paternity test. You do not need her permission because it would be court ordered. If the child is yours you need to have a right to him anyway. I would not put your name on the birth certificate unless you get the test done. I don't know how to go to your previous question.

I have a friend who was in the same situation. He found out that he could get a court order to have a DNA test done, but it would cost him $500. If SHE asked for it to be done for child support purposes, the state had to pay for it. That is here in Missouri.

Sounds like she's hiding something to me. Especially if she turned down the paternity test. Why? As for the rights thing, you have the right to do that anyway, wether she takes the test of not, sounds VERY fishy.

I would guess that you may not be the father. I would make a call to a lawyer and ask a few questions. I think if this girl has the baby and then tries to get welfare, they aren't going to let you walk away from the child support issue.

She could be hiding something...or she feels insulted that you asked for a Paternity Test to begin with

wait for the baby to be born, have a witness at the hospital when she says its yours, at that point ask for a DNA test to have it solved immediately. she sounds sneaky, and i don't want to hear about this on the Maury Povich Show, stating,
'YOU ARE NOT THE FATHER', after you have become attached. you sound like a respectable person and don't deserve any emotional abuse.

im not sure,if i knew exactally how she was saying i could tell.but you should ask her parents to ahve her take a DNA test. your doing great saying that you will help raise it tho...most men would just run off.but you should probably have a serious talk with her.im not gonna say yes or no becuase theres no way to 100% know if she is or not
