if your runescape mining lvl is high do you get ore faster? if so who says so!?

Its pretty odvious if you pay attention. I'm now 85 mining & I one hit mithrel most of the time.

you do get ore faster..like mining rune ore at 99 beats 85, mines about 1/2 of the ore faster..i don't give rs user out though sorry.
