I miss my old friends a lot. I just moved 8 hrs away from home a few months ago and although ive made some new friends they just havent been with me long enough to take the place of those i had at home which leaves an empty spot. And yes there are a few people i wish i could still be friends with that im not. The reason im not is mostly because my parents had me move a lot as a kid but i guess you cant have everything you want.

I don't wish I was friends with anyone that I'm not friends with because if I talk to them, they get to know me then automatically become my friend lol. I don't think I miss any of my old friends either. Because we aren't friends anymore for a reason right? But I guess now and then I think about how my old friends life was. I don't miss her though I got over it. (she was my best friend since birth, and her mom took her away from her dad and left to california when i was like 8)

Sometimes I do. I used to have a lot of friends before I got married. It seems now I don't have any friends. Some I'm better off with out some I miss. It's a win lose situation.

We all do at some stage. But if it wasn't meant to be then why dwell on it. You are no longer friends for a reason so let it be. I was thinking of sending a Xmas card to an old friend but thought better of it.

Yes. I grew up in California and in High School, I switched schools and met a german exchange student named Michaela, which I decided to nickname her Michi. She accepted me and I her and we became best friends, and we both had the wierdest sense of humor and loved trouble, she tought me how to roll a doobie, and I tought her about punk rock and heavy metal. I miss that girl. She moved back to Germany and I live outside of D.C.

Yeah, I had this one guy friend that I totally trusted, we used to talk for hours on end. Because of a misunderstanding it all got ruined.
