My motherboard will not support 2 hard drives or a floppy drive. I bought an enclosure for another hard drive. I have lots of floppies so I need a floppy drive. Is ther a way to turn my floppy drive into a usb 2.0 drive?

No, but you can buy external USB floppy drives pretty inexpensively. Get one of those and that will solve your problem.

No, USB is special and you can't easily convert something to work with USB. But you should be able to purchase a USB floppy drive, I would think. It seems to me an easier solution would be to use another machine to copy your floppies onto a flash drive and then forget about using floppies in the future.
