it could be because of dehydration, exhaustion or high blood pressure.
Try resting often with a cool cloth on your forehead and eyes to reduce tiredness. Also get as much sleep at night by going to be early.
Drink lots of water (2 litres a day) to minimise dehydration.
Make sure your doctor checks your blood pressure as obviously the volume of blood rushing around in you is a lot more elevated when your are accommodating two people! Aslo pre-clampsia signs can be headaches, high blood pressure and protein in your urine sample. So have him check your wee too.
Taking tylenol is not advised everyday but when you feel you need it you can be assured that it shouldn't harm the baby especially if you are already past 12weeks when most of the major organs are largely developed already.
Discuss in depth with your doctor as pre-clampsia is not good in pregnancy. I had it towards the end with my first and ended up in hospital on bed rest and then induced. (Its most common with first babies and babies from subsequent partners.)
Good luck and try resting and a tylenol for now, then speak to your doc.

My doctor referred me to a neurologist when this happened to me with my second (and current) pregnancy. After he ruled out high blood pressure and other conditions, he let me know this is fairly common and unavoidable.Because of the severity of my headaches he prescribed me oxycodeine, which he assured me was safe. It made me violently ill, not to mention I just did not feel comfortable taking such a powerful drug while pregnant. But it's an option.

I get more headaches now that I'm pregnant too. My doctor said they could be from dehydration now, so try drinking more water. Also, tylenol isn't BAD for you... but, like you said, you don't want to be taking it every day. Try laying down with a damp wash cloth on your head.

I got headaches really bad with my first pregnancy. It never ended up to be BP related. I would check with doctor to make sure, but i think they are common, and some women get them more than others.

You need to talk to your doctor about that.
Sometimes a headache can mean that you have pre eclampsia... so best to talk with the medical professional.
