I know a lot of songs that are just fantastic songs, and their vocalists are just terrible. I don't know how, but they pull it off! One right off from the top of my head:
Going Up The Country - Canned Heat
I really like that song but listen to his voice!
Can you think of any?

sarah c - Tom Petty is very nasaly, but people still love the guy, isn't that great?

Darth Maul - I'm glad I'm not alone on the Hendrix thing. Sure he's a great guitar player but that's as far as it goes...

Chronon - Now now, is Bono really a man you want to make mad? He could like... yeah, do some serious damage.
Ha, I don't care for the guy too much either.

Blah, I started a thread a few days ago, all like, "Freddie Mercury is the greatest singer ever," and everyone who showed up was all, "LOLNO.". Hoarz. 1: Bob Dylan. I find myself randomly singing It Ain't Me Babe BECAUSE IT IS SO ADDICTIVE. 2: The Rolling Stones. But the Beatles is still my favourite! It's just the Stones have been together for nearly fifty years and are still putting out records and touring. 3: Anyone but Jimi Hendrix or Eric Clapton -finds them grotesquely overrated and is preparing to take a lot of slag for it-. Perhaps Keith Richards? 4: No, not really. 5: I like omelettes.

I'll name bands, not songs, if that's alright with you.

Muse
Smashing Pumpkins
The Mars Volta (well, his range and style is awesome, but his voice is so... high?)
The White Stripes
U2 (I just really don't like his voice, don't know why)
