A thesis for a restaurant? I don't know what you are even asking for.
Are you writing a review of the food or something? If so, your thesis should come from your experience of the food - any good? Why or why not?

Are you writing a paper about your favorite restaurant?
It is better to write your paper first. then go back and sum up what you have written into 1 or 2 sentences. Those sentences will then be your thesis statement.
