Stop there. Take deep breaths. Drink a glass of water. Smile :) Read a book if u like it, or listen to songs (linkin park works best 4 me when i'm stressed out). Once your mind is under control, remove your to do list. Organize it according to your convinience. Take it in a sporty way, 'imagine' that you are a superhero and you have a set of tasks which you to accomplish. If possible, take help from your friends. Eat your fav stuffs..eat as much as you can, you'll feel better. Talk to your friends. Try to do things in advance so that nothing goes wrong tomorrow(of course if its applicable in your to do list!) and please dont bang your head or dont do anything of that sort, it will only elevate your stress. all the best! Go to the beach or fishing and of course I take my gorgeous wife for all of this as she is my best buddy. Fresh ocean air yes love it.
