The first president to use the seal was Rutherford Hayes in 1880
The seal was redesigned in 1945 by Truman to its current form.
In the eagle's right talon, it clutches an olive branch with thirteen leaves signifying peace.
In the eagle's left talon it clutches a bundle of thirteen arrows symbolizing military might.
The 50 stars in the outer circle represents the number of U.S. states.

1) Its round. 2) It has an Eagle in it & the 3) Eagles lower beek is chipped out toward the end. Not too many people are aware of this but it is.............................
