French Bread Pizza....... Hey! That's cooking. I had to take it out of the box, place it on a cookie sheet, and bake it for 20 minutes. That's three steps... it constitutes cooking in my book! LOL

Well, a piece of toast for myself just now. Some pumpkin to freeze for my baby yesterday, and two apple crumbles for this weeks breakfasts on Monday. That should last my partner, mother and I for the week. Mum's over from interstate playing Nanna for a few weeks. Nice to have a bit of a rest!

Tuscan Steaks with home made creamed spinach and Italian rolls. I prepared it for my five grown children; once a month I try out a recipe from different parts of the world. It was delicious. : )
