is it too soon to have these symptoms?

i think that it might be too soon but i wa wondering if it is. i had my first period since giving birth 4 months ago on Nov. 26 until Dec. 2. my husband and i want another baby and we have had alot of unprotected sex and i know that you can pregnant very easily after the baby but if i got pregnant before my period would i still have had a period and if it was during/ close to the end, then could i already be having nausea from it?
