I know you are suppost to use the first mornings pee but I am already about a week late so should I go ahead and take the test or wait for the morning?

I took the test and it came back negative
but i will wait a week or so and if i still dont get my period i will try again thanks for all the feedback

i would wait until morning, i know it won't matter and it will show up if your a week late anyway but you have more pregnancy hormones in first morning urine.

Go ahead and test now. If you are pregnant your HCG levels will be up and should show a positive result. It doesn't matter what time of day you test, but the morning pee is the strongest. Good Luck!!!

If you're a week late the horomone should show up at any time. Go ahead and try testing. If you bought the two pack, take one now and then another in the morning.

Medical people would tell you to wait until the morning. The pregnancy hormone will be more likely to show up then because your urine is more concentrated. But, being a woman, you probably wont sleep tonite because you want to know, so go ahead and do it now.

The human growth hormone you are testing for will be more concentrated in the morning...that is why you test with the first urination. You could do it now and get a false negative reading.

If you're a week late, it should be fairly accurate to use any time of day pee and your instructions should tell you just that. If you get a negative, you might consider retesting in the morning.

i recognize you're hectic and impatient, yet truly if the hormone is in you it is going to teach the two this night or the following day morning. i do no longer think of that 12 hours will make too lots of a distinction truly.
