In that Guiliani try his best in doing what he believe in! He is best known in getting "Quality of Life" done right in New York City! Honestly, who wants to see a drunk harrasing women and family in the beach or people drinking and smoking pot in the corners of your neighborhood? Someone had to stand up for that crap and he did!
