Unfortunately, the signs are different for everyone except the common ones - missed period, feeling sick, etc - but I've been trying to conceive for some time and every single month I swear I'm pregnant because the symptoms of ovulation are extremely similar to that of pregnancy. My belly and breasts are tender. I'm so tired I go to bed at 7pm. My nails grow like crazy and then nothing. I'm not sure if you are trying to get pregnant or the opposite, but the best sign is either a positive pregnancy test or a doctor telling you the news.

First, your menstrual period stops. Second, if your having a morning sickness like vomiting, probably your pregnant. Your breast changes its shape and becomes full. Your heart pulse in your neck become much faster and rigid than before. That's the signs of being a pregnant. Best of all, go to an ob-gyne and take some check up.

Not everyone gets sick during pregnancy. Some people (like me) never feel ill at all.

Some of the signs I always noticed with mine......

Empty hangers in the closet would infuriate me. (normally only mildly annoys me)

I wanted to clean everything. (I detest house work)

I craved sour lemonade, grapefruit juice and granny smith apples. (okay... I always crave those, so I guess that one doesn't really count)

Mood swings were terrible. (I'm bitchy most times, but we're talking about the "I wanna rip your head off and use it for a bowling ball" mood swing.)

Certain foods would make me feel ill. First pregnancy, I couldn't eat chicken. I wanted it, just couldn't eat it. It always tasted raw.... even if it was burned clear to the bone.

Second pregnancy... I couldn't eat fish. I adore salmon and tuna, but I couldn't keep them down.

Third pregnancy.... fried cabbage and noodles. The smell alone made me want to barf up everything I'd ever eaten, at that point.

Funny thing is... my kids don't like the foods I had to avoid during pregnancy. lol

ok yes everyone else is correct but it is most important to remember that everyone is different and so are our bodies..... Personally I have had 3 kids and never once had morning sickness..... Lost weight with two of them. So the only way to be possitive is to not stress and just wait for the cycle.... remember also stress can make a womens cycle irregular ... so many things to factor lol.... Wait a few weeks and get a test done.

You know if your pregnant if you start to be more negative about things and start to get minor angermanagement issues and think you have to have things your way. Symptoms are headache, chills or extremely long bellyaches or cramps near your stomach; or gain if hungerness.

absence of periods is the first obvious one.

Low blood pressure is another common one in the early stages, together with fatigue and munchies. Increased sense of smell, can't stand perfumes or soap that has a scent, etc...

In my case....Late period, heightened sense of smell (super nose), the feeling I was getting my period, very light crampy feeling, but it just never showed up. Slight nausea, but for me it was only at night. Take a pregnancy test just to be sure.
