Yes, absolutely. You have NO privilege here, and neither does your fiancee. If you get a subpoena, you MUST go & testify.

The 5th amendment to the US Constitution states you can not be compelled to be a witness against yourself. Courts generally extend this protection to SPOUSES. There is no such protection for a fiance.

yes they can force you to be a witness, it is called a subpoena, and it forces you to appear to give testimony. The literal translation into Latin is "under penalty", and literally they can arrest you for contempt of court or obstruction of justice if you refuse to appear before court... good luck.
