everyday i drink about 3 bottles of water through out the school day, and ive been getting headaches around 2ish is when i really noticed them, and i usually take 2 advil and drink more water, and it doesnt help. ive gotten adjusted from my chiropractor a few times, and i wear glasses for reading which was thought to be causing my headaches a while back. but the headaches seem to never go away, and are always right around my temples.
any ideas of to what this could be?

This happens to me. I have VERY sensitive sense of smell and maybe since it's every day at the same time there is a smell or a chemical in a perfume that someone wears in the same class at that time that causes it. Also, you could be allergic to something. I have wheat allergies so that causes headaches too. Best of luck! Ask your doctor about innopran because before I started taking that I was taking my emergency migraine triptans like frova, imitrex, imitrex injections, relpax, maxalt daily. Those are like 20 bucks a pill. Innopran acts like a preventative migraine med and I literally had a headache for about 5 years before the doc even thought to give it to me. Sucky life to live in pain. Check it out and enjoy your life pain free. You deserve it!

does this only happen on school days?
and does your school schedule mean that you are in a certain place at "2ish" every day?
it could be that there is something in the room you are in that is causing the headache, especially if it doesn't happen on the weekends or when you are away from school.
if that isn't the case, then keep a detailed journal for a few days. Make sure you right now what you eat and drink, and put the times down. Also pay close attention to smells and any other chemicals that you may be around during the day. Do this for days when you get headaches, and days you don't. then compare them and see what was different.
If it does turn out to be an allergy, you may be able to start taking Claritn D and it be taken care of. Claratin did away with over 50% of my migraine headaches.
for temporary relief, try something other than Advil. The human body will become acclimated to certain painkillers, and won't respond anymore. unless you have allergies to certain drugs, find a painkiller with a different active ingredient that Advil, and that may help get rid of the headaches you get.

Might be from your neck. Try a chiropractor. I use a traction collar to stretch the neck muscles and it really helps. If you do allot of studying with your head down or on a computer this collar might help.

u could be really sleepy and not even know it. if they are migraines u would be wanting to hide in a dark room w/out noise and dizzy and vomitting. u mentioned none of this. i think u are really tired, or stressed, also have a small snack piece of fruit. u should probably also drink some more water

it might be because of the sun is out the most around 2-ish. Try to keep Advil with you. See a doctor and they might have something that you can use that will help you everyday immediately.!!!

lack of sleep, high blood pressure, do you have sugar in your diet?
Its good you drink water. Maybe you can get some potassium in orange juice during school.
